2023-2024 School Year: Welcome to 1st Grade!

Hello and welcome back to school!

 

This will be my 15th year at McKinley school and I'm looking forward to an exciting and productive year with you and your child! If your child is in my first grade class for the 2023-2024 school year, please check his or her email for an invite to our Google Classroom.

 

As your child's 1st grade teacher, I strive to make each day fun and enriching while the students acquire new skills that will enhance their learning. However, I will need your help in making this year a truly successful year! You are the most important person in your child’s life and you are also a teacher in your child’s life.   We will be a team that will be working together to help your child develop emotionally and academically. 

 

I will be using ClassDojo as our primary source of communication. Through this, you will receive any important updates from the school as well as what occurs in our classroom. You can also private message me with any concerns or questions you may have.
