Art Teacher K-8

Hello there! My name is Mr. Hernandez and I am the art teacher at McKinley school and Robert Fulton Annex. I teach students in grades K-8 and love what I do! I graduated from New Jersey City University in Jersey City, New Jersey, and received a bachelors degree in Art Education. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Art to further my education and knowledge in the classroom. The reason why I became an art teacher is so that I could share my knowledge of the arts to students who may not know ceramics, painting, drawing, and many of the other areas of the arts. Being able to teach students what I know is one of the biggest blessings in my life, and I look forward to working with my students to meet and exceed their individual goals and aspirations in the arts.
